I've heard from the house-builders that they are somewhat leery of using blue in the title just because what if they want to paint it another color down the road. Keep that in mind. Cois Dara (the i has the Gaelic slant over it) ...classic Irish house name. roughly translates to "Coast Oak Tree", which is kind of weird, but could be good for a house on second street. plus the gaelic is so pretty, who cares what it translates to. i'm not really sure how to pronounce celtic/gaelic words, but i bet we could find out exactly how to say it.
